2021

The FOLD cheese grater collection was designed by Blanca Codina, Ian Adler, and myself together. FOLD celebrates Parmigiano Reggiano and its role in Italian cuisine. FOLD-XL aims to enhance the drama and performative aspect of grating cheese over a beautiful plate of food in the restaurant. FOLD-S allows the user to take the restaurant experience home, and imbues it with the warmth of a natural wooden handle, referencing traditional wooden cutting boards.  With carefully selected materials, FOLD is intended to last a lifetime and age gracefully with every use.
